I don't think it's very great to say "omg she was ugly in her debut days". How would you feel if someone calls you ugly? Sure you can have your opinion, but it sounds harsh. After all, a singer is not a fashion model.
maybe a fashion icon after a while, but I think there are singers a lot less good-looking than Kuu, even in those days. I think she looked ordinary, but not ugly. Definitely not ugly.
