The verb at the end is tsutaete. The word used before that is tsutawaru, which means "to transmit." She says, "tsutawaru made" which means "until it's transmitted," which is where I got that specific phrase from. However, I guess you could say, "until it is communicated to you." The use of the word "tsutaete" is related to "shout it to you". I'll fix it.
