If shipping costs did go up I doubt already existing orders would be charged for them. Like me! xDD I'm glad I preordered when I did as the Aussie dollar conversion would have added an extra $3 per copy if I did today =|
The weight of the CD+DVD version is now 200g where the CD only is 120g. I'm pretty sure a disc would weigh less than 80g so it must be extra product weight?
I'm glad CDJ is getting some bonus, I was going to request it on their blog
