She did the inside of the booklet, but not the front cover. The front cover was taken by Mitsuo Yamamoto from Super Continental, and yes, he is a professional photographer:

The scratchiness looks to me to be very unnatural, it almost looks like it was added via a filter or in photoshop.
But while we're on the topic, Mika Noguchi is a (part-time, but still) professional photographer as well who knows very well what she's doing. One look at her blog can tell you that, every photo she takes for it looks spectacular for a candid. She also shot the "Trust Me" wacoal photos.
