Every country who has a booming music industry has musicians who have used the sex appeal gimmick, or another gimmick, to cover up how they have no talent. It's not just America.
Is anyone else noticing a trend here? Every time BoA has an image change I've noticed people always complain first how they hate it, then end up loving it in the end. I remember when Girls On Top was first released people
hated the mullet, the song, and her clothes in the MV and performances. It took a while but it grew on everyone and now people miss that era.
