LOL, The Best of Hilary Duff debuted at #125. Her first album to miss the top 5 I believe, let alone the top 100. It sold 5k.
However, in Hilary's defence this was only released so her contract with Hollywood
aka Disney would end. She's now signed to Universal I believe. And the album wasn't available on iTunes.
Good news though! New album recording starts in
less than two weeks! And Hil's gonna return to TV on an NBC show, too.
