It probably will, but I agree with you, it was so simple and generic it's one of the very few ayu songs that actually sounds like a b-side to me. There's nothing wrong with Life, but it's just not there.
As for days, it's funny, seeing the comments on here, I could almost imagine how it would be like before hearing the previews. It's a nice song, a little generic or rather cheesy, but so was most of her other "christmasy" songs like no way to say (it's basically very much like all the ballads on my story).
I think it balances out the single really nicely and will be of likeing to those who cannot well digest the more far outness (for ayu) in terms of both vocals and arrangements of GREEN. I'm one of those who don't really like CAROLS that much, but I like Days more.
I can't wait to hear a HQ for this though, as it can greatly make me appreciate the song more.
And really, it's not a bad song. If anyone else did sing this song I'd be really impressed.
