I'm not sure about when the ticket sales start.. If it already started, they're surely sold out already.
Anyhow, there will definitely be tickets on Yahoo Auction Japan, but you'll need a Japanese friend to buy them for you (or a company that'll do it for you) because sellers there usually don't ship oversees.
You can also just check eBay, they might just be there
Never bought tickets so I dunno.
