Yes I think there are similiarities in the chorusses. And listen to the end of the last chorus, the last note goes up like in GREEN. But I don't believe that the composer purposely sampled some melodies. Most likely the thing that can easily happen; the composer just has heard the chinese song but doesn't remember it.
And they're not so similiar I would freak out or anything. GREEN is still very original and reminds the other song only a few times during chorusses.
