I agree with every single one of you on something. I'd quote you all, but I'm afraid I'd run out of room.

So, I personally loved this video. ^^

A majority of the video certainly reminded me of "Mirrorcle World," like many of you have stated. It didn't really bother me, although I have to say I noticed it more. Like, sometimes I'd have to hear someone say or read one's post, "This video reminded me of that video!" This time I even noticed the similarities myself. Whether that's a good or bad thing, I don't know.

The opening scenes of Shanghai were beautiful! Either I'm loving the old time or Shanghai is really that beautiful, or both!

Okay, I didn't mind her at all when she was walking through the streets, but some things irked me. They way she started... I felt like it was a, "Ready? Go!" movement rather than starting off right away with her in the middle of a walk. And I do feel like her acting is overemphasized. The direction there should've been more casual.

The guys outside of the theatre were very cute! I loved their little "rehearsal."

I'm getting a little tired of the feather-on-the-head thing, but I love the dancers in this scene with Ayu in the white outfit! The choreography is beautiful and she looks gorgeous as well!

When the dancers put the fans in front of Ayu, I wondered what they would reveal. I gasped out loud when I saw her in the red dress (forgive me, I do not know how to spell the name of the particular dress, a qie pao?). She looks, oh, my God, breath-takingly beautiful!

And I love these shots of Midoring eyeing her. Really adds to the symbolism.

I do feel like the shot of her back in the white dress is a bit out of place. I mean, I can kind of see the reason behind the transition between "reality" and "fantasy," but it still looks choppy.

You know, at first I didn't like Midoring dancing with Ayu. Not because they're both girls, but I just didn't feel the chemistry between them. But after reading some comments and watching them again, it is indeed a very beautiful scene. And I hope to see Ayu ballroom dancing more in the future!

Alright, after finally finishing watching the PV again and giving my comments after each scene... lol I understood the PV before, but I understand it more now. After really watching it I don't feel like there are many holes within the story. I mean, every music video can't be a long mini movie like "Thriller," right? (Come on, the PV cost enough money as it is! Just kidding.)

In a nutshell: beautiful scenery, spectacular choreography, wonderful song. ^^

I just have one question: Is there any meaning behind the 30s/40s theme? Like, does it connect with the message or is it just to emphasize the pretty? lol
