As for me her vibratos since 2004 are the best vibratos ever, I just love it when she makes them long and exaggerated XD. It gives her voice a great quality.
I think she moves her mouth that it will be more convinient to make it or just a habit. Most of the singers who do vibratos well I saw them doing it.

It's better to have vibratto that is not so in your face noticeable - if there is too much it really takes away from the song and often times hers is overkill.
Most pop singers do the mouth moving thing for the visual effect but usually during vocals lessons teachers teach you
not to move your mouth actually. Check out really trained singers - opera for example. In Akikawa Masafune's performances his mouth barely moves, it's done completely in his throat - that's true vibratto.
