Maybe GReeeeN's Ai Uta? The title actually means "love song", but the lyrics sound kinda like a confession letter and they even say things like "I'll give this song to you" and stuff. I dunno.
And I know Shimatani Hitomi has a song called Tsuioku+LOVE LETTER, but I've never heard it
