A brief translation:
On December 26th, 20 heisei years, it was announced on the homepage that one of our artists: Ayumi Hamasaki has injured her right hand and has undergone surgery, and although she is on her way towards recovery, she is not in the best condition (<-- this last bit is guess work.)
However, because of her strong requests, after discussing with the doctor, it has been decided that she will be performing in both PCDL and Kouhaku.
Please look forward to her performance. Sorry for causing everyone to worry.
