I think she only lip-synched ANGEL'S SONG (and it's ovious she did, just think of the 'Kimi no se ni tenshi no hane o mita' where she sings motsu instead of mita).
When you edit the audio stream to actually fit the video songs like OVER or SCAR actually match her breathing and the way she does her 'vibrato-thing'.
