She probably had to cover it up for the show...probably other people had to do it, too. It might not be a big deal wherever you live, but I think it's definitely a big deal in Japan, just like a lot of other stuff (e.g. Koda Kumi's amniotic fluid comment last year. So many people in Japan freaked out and I thought it was hilarious).
