tana;; no there isn't. but there should be. just like there is a certain age where women shouldn't wear booty shorts. it's just not cute nor age appropriate. 
why change? because people will get tired of it. and she also looks a mess. sorry to say, but knee high leather boots and mini-skirts don't go with everything - nor do they fit every season.
it's just not cute. it's tired and played out.
