I doubt an album in time, but Ayu may just have a big announcement on that day instead?
She's done really well with her release dates of GREEN/Days and now Rule/Sparkle, I wouldn't be surprised if she came out on her 11th anniversary and announced an album on that date, but to have the album in our hands by then would be pushing it xD
