I love things like this! I'm just a student, but here is my take on this.
First, the hosts ask Hikaru 'This is your first time here, right?', and she says 'Yes, I've never been on a Music Station special before', so ofcourse the hosts tease her about mistaking Heyx3 for Music Station. Then they connect her to Ayu. The hostess presents Ayu with the question Hikaru wants to ask her: "I heard you take a lot of luggage with you, is that true?", and Ayu admits and says she has about 50-60 trunks with her today. Hikaru asks Ayu what's in the trunks, but Ayu casually says she doesn't know. The host teases "So when you go to MS...", and Hikaru apologizes for her mistake again. The hosts then ask Hikaru how much luggage she usually brings, and she says she usually just has a 'tekaban', (literally would mean handbag, but tekaban isn't a Japanese word) then says she means a shoulder bag.
Then the hosts joke about how Hikaru mistakenly said MS instead of Heyx3 twice. (I think that's what they say..)
