I like Ayumi's tattoo, for the longest time, I didn't realise she had one. I do wonder what Tomoya did with his. :S
Maybe he had it removed? Or just left it... I don't know.
I prefer Ayumi's newer tattoo though, it's much more nicer and it's almost as if her heart is now complete, rather than half of it belonging to Tomoya.
