I think it's always like that at first, because people had expected something different and are disappointed, so they completely overreacted and go around hating everything and "having their lives wasted".
Which is their right of course, if you feel like that, than that's your choice
But I think if we ask everyone again, 2 years from now, there won't be as many haters anymore. It's just the sudden disappointment.
