You can make them yourself, I did it once(but jnot with an Ayu song) and it's quite easy, takes only 30 minutes if you have a midi and the lyrics.
And I can recall seeing MANY ayu songs for ultrastar on german ultrastar forums, almost every song of hers was there, even interludes like Mirror and The Judgement Day(xDDD)
You should find the .txt easily using google and you probably have all of the mp3s, anyway^^
