Maybe she'll surprise me. I haven't heard the songs yet so I can't say I hate this album. But so far the only good thing is that Mirrorcle World isn't on it. Yay.

Yup. Still obviously we only have the tracklist and covers to go by, but come on. This isn't the NEXT LEVEL, this is like she devolved a few levels instead. Ayu used to create the trends, not follow them. And this,
at least from how it appears is just trying to follow the recent dance retropoppish trend ala Madonna, Britney, and even Namie. That's not a "Next" anything. If somehow I hear the album and end up loving it though, trust me, I'll be the first one to admit it. I actually really like dance/techno music and Loveappears is one of my favorite albums. But Sparkle is no LoveAppears, if it is any indication. And I certainly hope we don't get an album of Sparkle like lyrics.
