G1 = the best all around. it was original (it was the first, so duh~) and ALL of the actors who played the students were great actors.
G2 = OK. But a lot of it was exactly like G1 which I didn't like. And there was way too much focus on Akame, I think. But Kame was great in this show, Jin, not so much.
G3 = I liked it better than G2, tbh. (NOT JUST BECAUSE OF HARUMA) but maybe bc it was new and I got to watch it as it aired and stuff? but it felt a lot more fresh and not so copied like G2. Takaki was pretty good in it too~
I hope the movie rumor is true. But there's been Gokusen movie rumors forever.
