Most CD stores don't let you return opened goods.
My guess as to why they're not persued is that they don't make a real impact on the larger music market so the CD companies don't bother tracking down the bootleggers?
Maybe they only copy CDs after a long period of time. I got my MY STORY about the time (m)u was released....maybe the length of time means sales aren't really affected?
