Kazuyoshi makes me so frustrated; I can't watch a new PV from Ayu without looking for flaws ever since Mirrorcle World. I felt like he was inspired by the older Ayu videos and decided to wrap Sparkle all up like a big mess.

In my opinion, I really dislike the fact that everyone is being inspired by the 80's. I'm probably sure no one thinks the same as I do, but I'd rather have today's decade be its own. For example, fifty years from now, I don't want to say to my childen, "Oh yeah, in the 00's, it was all about renewing the 80's! We ran out of ideas, that's all!" Seriously, I'm just disgusted that we are falling back into the past and not creating a new future for everyone. Plus, I can't live like everyone else these days without wearing bright rimmed sunglasses & a huge-vibrant-text-on-my-t-shirt. (Just exagerating.)

That's just the way it's suppose to be.

ANYWAYS.

Seeing Ayu do something exciting and new is amazing, but seeing Ayu taking the 80's into her music... well, what can I say? I'm a big fan of Ayu, and I'm trying to accept the things that she's doing for NEXT LEVEL, but after watching the Sparkle video... Ugh, I really really really don't want to blame her for my disappointment, so I blame the director instead! It's so weird watching Ayu ride on a red masked guy as well, which I'm surprised that I wasn't the only one that saw that. The only part I really did liked was when the paint was dripping down from the top; pretty. By the way I love the song.

Curtain Call:

I like it. Wish the video was longer.
