All the initial legal agreements for the songs were likely done with only Japan in mind since, when most of them were recorded, the idea for OW&C Best hadn't occurred to anyone.
And it doesn't matter if the artists on are the same label, since they likely all have different management companies and lyrics/music publishers from Kuu's.

I forgot that the various duets that Koda did , not all of them are in the same record label as her & for avex Taiwan to release it should they want to , paperwork's going to be a pain in the butt for them
