$ 398 TWD = $ 11.7849 USD (approximately)

So that means he marked up the price almost 100%. :S

the price at taiwan website isn't really accurate(there's shipping to), unless you buy from the avex shop, in the retail stores it's mostly around USD$15. so this price aren't too bad.
