There were many mishaps in AT06 actually. Initially, the rose was not plastic (or plastic-y), it was more cloth like. For the first costume, it was actually much lighter in color tone but it was changed to solid red due to the first one being damnaged.
Then the AUDIENCE/evolution costume that was discussed earlier.
The STEP you to Ladies Night trick was screwed up in one show. One of the poles fell down.
Also, in the same show (I think), the flying ball thingy got stuck after alterna so Ayu sang is this LOVE? and (miss)understood in the ball in the alterna costume with Go-Mi and Shuya inside the ball feeling helpless. XD
