No. Ayumi has stated several times, if she can't sing, she'll die. Music is her life.
She has sang goodbye songs before. End roll, Over, many others and Curtain Call won't be the last.
Watch her CNN interview a couple years back where she says in plain Engrish that if she couldn't continue singing, she would die. Think of all the times she said she won't give up (Mirrorcle World, Born to Be...) I think those songs are more directed to her career events more than Curtain call, besides, in EnergizE, she says "Let me sing forever," so, interpret this song any way you would like to, I presented my case and only time will truly tell whether Ayumi just stops singing cold turkey after NEXT LEVEL. <-- sarcasm.
