Mariah makes alot of Pop/R&B stuff. There's a huge difference, IMO.
However, I'm convinced that the comparison might drive some people (Mariah fans?) to go listen/buy This Is the One. So I'm okay with the comparison, even though it's not very good.

^ lol I agree its not very good. But when people hear this it'll make them want to listen to utada's music lol. Even if its not similar to mariah, if they like it, they'll still buy it at least
~! I really want utada to succeed this time, because she seems determined to! loL! And plus her music is god IMO : ) ~! very unique! I don't know if thats good or not tho XD
