It's a totally normal thing for Japanese concerts. For all artists at every opening, ending, special show, or sometimes even every show, there will be flowers outside of the arena from various outlets. Usually they will be from other artists that are on the same label, radio stations, and tv shows that the artist frequents. The first time I saw them I was like "aww look at all these artists supporting Ayu", but then when I saw the same things at every artist I've ever been to, its really doesn't seem like a special thing anymore.
