You are missing probably the MOST influential one: Yamaguchi Momoe, also it's Akina NAKAmori.

You already listed quite a few people, but there are still even way more than that such as off the top of my head: Kudo Shizuka, Chisato Moritaka, Teresa Tan, Rebecca (NOKKO), Tomomi Kahala (if we are going to include late 90s), WINK, Nakayama Miho, Itsuwa Mayumi, Kawai Sonoko. And those I would say are just some of the really top tier names. So really, not that small of an amount. Maybe still smaller than the men, but it seems that there was definitely a higher concentration of successful female talent in the 70s/80s than there is today.
