Yahoo! Auctions Japan (for which you'll need to use a middleman) and eBay stores "Dora's store" and "mind of japan" are good but most times the CDs aren't sealed (although you can then see what covers you'll be getting!)
AHS members also sell FP cds from time to time
But I think that Dora's store and MoJ are more regularly getting FP albums
