Yep, it is. But they weren't cheap at all. I spent the same amount on official and on inofficial concert merchandise when I was in Yokohama

Yes, I bought the Complete Live Box in the Bookoff in Yokohama for 6950 yen.
I also saw one in the Bookoff in Shibuya for the same price but it was missing the fourth DVD.
