Ok, I confirmed the place!
This is a pic from the balcony/window of "hanaBi" store:
You can see the awnings of the shops on the other side of the street (green and yellow). They are the same awnings that appears in the "street view" of Google Maps (the "street view" pictures were taken before the shop was built, there isn't any name sign yet):

So, the "hanaBi" store isn't at street level, but on the 1st floor of this building
(Even so... there is another "hanaBi" store near, at street level I think, but not appears either... investigating...
)
