^ Where did you get it from? I thought that only VCDs had hard subs. I have a couple of OS presses of her concerts and they have changeable subs.
If you've been deceived by the person you bought it from, approach them for a refund
. Japan version is so expensive but the quality is the best, although I'm ok with OS presses for them too - I've never had this happen.
