No, I didn't get refund on the DVD from YesAsia but just got an email from them saying that they have sent another fixed copy of the DVD for me for free due to the problems happened in the previous one. So for this new fixed one, you can turn off the subtitle and enhance for 16:9 TV screen and higher quality.
