Well, yes, you have a point, certainly.
Just that, I think it's certain that Dearest would have a PV. Let's say, if it's not planned to be a single, then it'll be like Connected... just a PV, but not a single.
But again, why would the cover of a super hyped up album of a star in her peak be a "screen shot" from just a PV? Moreover Ayu has rarely/never done that (exception was Duty I guess, even after, only (miss)understood had a PV scene as the cover)... so yeah.
But if the original cover for I am... was really Dearest, then it wouldn't be too bad either, I guess.
