I don't think there's ever really been a time where GaGa's looked good. It all sorta seems like varying degrees of "WTF?" But like, WTF? in the sense that she's intentionally being provocative with her fashion, or WTF? as in "did she leave the house/dressing room without looking into a mirror?" I think these outfits are the latter D:
