She's talking about a recipe that CMJK posted in his blog that she than ate and she's saying that it's really good...
And about the leek, she caught a cold, and Japanese people sometimes put a leek around their necks (like a necklace) to try and get rid of the cold. Or something a long those lines. That's what my Japanese friend told me anyways...
