well GReeeeN's different from all the other 'boy bands' out there in Japan . I guess you can even label 1 of my fave jrock indie bands at the mo aka flumpool a 'boyband' if you want
(even though they're not up there in the looks department but music wise SUPER ACE material <3)
Nobody knows how GReeeeN looked like & they cite their reason for not showing their faces because of their dentistry profession & their music's rojak in the sense that they combine elements of pop , rap , dance , electro & rock
but still they make great & excellent music & they have some very meaningful tunes/lyrics such as their breakthough hit Ai Uta , their biggest hit to date Kiseki & most recently Haruka
they didn't got the 10th most sold album of 2008 for nothing & it was certified Million by RIAJ , something that their debut album didn't received at all
