Yeah, you're certainly right about that.
I'm just a casual listener for now, but I do like their songs (especially Gee
). It's just that I don't wanna look up every single member to get to know them better, it's too much for me, I can't keep in mind so much details about every member. Maybe my memory is just bad. XD
And to be honest I wanna see all members featured the same way in a group. That's the reason I like Wonder Girls very much or 2NE1 (so far) although they have four and five members. The more members the catchier it is.
And I think it doesn't look good on stage or photos for example, there's too much going on.
I don't like big groups, no matter what. I'll never be a big fan of any big group, large quantity is daunting for me. In general I prefer solo artists.
I think it's just a matter of personal preference.
I listened to the album and I have to say I like their first mini-album Gee much better. My fav track on Genie is boyfriend. The rest is quite forgettable for me.
