Music is music. A nasty personality or an ugly face won't change the music they make.

I personally don't care about either. If the artist or band has great charisma, then that's a plus. Erika Sawajiri has a bad attitude, but it doesn't stop me from loving her music. As for looks... I don't consider beauty or attractiveness as important. And frankly, there's so many pretty faces but they are simply talentless (Leah Dizon for example).
