Yup.
No, the mods can still choose their own initiates. But like I am Startin' (always have been since becoming a mod) but other people can be Startin' too. I asked skal about this once and she more or lesssaid it was because I chose mine after Startin' was already added to the system and it was a pain to reformat. I don't care either way.
I'm assuming that's the same thing with bulma and Endless sorrow.
But no, if you're a perma mod, (NOT A HELPER) you get to choose your own initiate so long as another mod isn't using it.
