Re-read my post.~ I said it was fine if you didn't like the covers. But I find it absolutely ridiculous to think that these are by far the worst of her career. Isn't that exaggerating a bit..? (Seriously, STEP you...? Yeah...) Of course she's done far better covers countless times before, but these aren't her worst by any means.
I'm not saying you have to like every single thing she does in order to be a fan. That would be silly. But to start not only bashing the covers, and then not just the fans who like the covers, but then Ayu herself..? Calling her senseless? That she's ridiculous and practically moronic for letting these covers go through? These are HER covers. For whatever reasons, she liked them enough to share them with her fans. And obviously not every fan hates them. So she couldn't have made a completely wrong choice.

I was speaking to the people who like the song(s) on the single, who wanted to support Ayu and were determined to buy the single, but then decided completely against ever buying it, simply because of the covers. Yes. That it flat out stupid. Sure, a big part of the singles is the covers, but it's certainly not all. The main part is, obviously, the songs, right? And I don't know about you, but the main reason I buy anything from an artist, album or single or whatever, is to support them. Because that's what a fan is, duh. So if you like the artist and the song on the single/album, yet you refuse to buy it and support them merely because you don't like the freakin' cover, then no, you aren't a true fan. I know if I were an artist and found out that my "fans" refused to buy any of my work simply because I didn't make perfect covers, I would be extremely irritated.
