After thinking about it, yeah, maybe videos nowadays are being retouched, and I'm pretty sure they have been for years. Usually the lighting is retouched, but I know artists look sharper, cleaner, and better looking after the final edit.

Some people don't want to watch her videos in HD and see all her wrinkles and imperfections lol
