There was, a long time ago. I used to watch Hey!x3 on there all the time, and that's how I discovered a lot of J-Pop artists. I think that International Channel ceased to be sometime in 2005 (I could be wrong) - it became AZN TV or something, and they no longer showed Hey!x3, and only ever showed Sony artist PV's.

"Put 'Em Up" came out in 2003, so I've been a Namie fan since then.
