start panicing after 2 weeks, from the day your parcel had been send out from taiwan. No parcel from taiwan to SG will take longer then that. (^_^)

I think this goes to show that next time if I were to order stuff from my friends online , I better choose registered mail even though it will cost me more
but it's to play safe cos this's the 2nd time I had such a problem
