I know recently both editions of KAT-TUN's Break the Records were brought from Japan to be sold here , especially the limited edition as it does NOT contain a DVD
so I'm quite sure that the same thing will go for All the BEST as thank goodness it doesn't come with a DVD & the same thing goes for the limited edition of NEWS's colour too
