octolina: she's probably like me... I like makeup from an artistic point of view. I love what you can do with it, I love that you can change the colors of your eyelids & lips & cheeks to match your clothes or your mood. I love its ability to change a face & emphasize things you may never have noticed otherwise.
But i'm not particularly girly, so I don't usually play with makeup, and if I don't have to be anywhere, you can bet I'm not wearing any - I feel oddly like I'm wearing a mask even with only a VERY thin layer on. Plus putting it on is so tedious sometimes. I really only put it on if I need to, and if I do, I do my best to do it right.
